Very nice course to play, the greens & fairways were in great shape. Tee boxes need some work, specifically hole #2 the most. Brats in the Cafe were amazing! I'll definitely be back ⛳️ Edited 6/1/2024 - The recent renovation that was done has upped my original review to a now 5 star. They did everything that they said they were going to do to the course. Very pleased!

Beautiful, well maintained and challenging couse. Pace of play is good, got through a round today in 4-1/5 hours. Be forewarned though. You should check what their cart rules are on the day you play. If they are cart path only you're going to do alot of walking and at times have trouble locating your ball once you wind your cart around to where it should be. Overall, great course and worth the price of admission

So. Let me preface this by saying I like the course layout. I think the course is well designed, challenging, and generally kept in good shape. To my complaint: I don't know who make the decisions about declaring cart path only days but I am convinced that the club pro or whomever doesn't actually check the course out. They see rain inside of the last 24 hours and they declare cart path only for the whole day. It's asinine Today on 7/13/26 at about 4:30, the course was dry as a bone aside from one hole that is CPO anyway. I wouldn't play here normally outside of my leagues given how this course handles it. Kenton County is better value and actually keeps an ear to the conditions. Today for example,

The course is in fantastic shape, despite the rough summer they had last year. The fairways were in perfect shape. Greens were rolling great, just a little slow for my liking. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Managing frost delays at this course is very frustrating. Obviously a part of the game but there are better ways to handle and even a touch of transparency would be appreciated.
