One of the nicest well groomed golf courses I have ever played at. Has some of the best views here in Appalachia while playing 18. Driving range has the top golf tracers and clubhouse has great food. Would highly recommend anyone to come play here. They also give a discount to upike students that come play here just make sure to bring your school ID!

Has to be the best public golf course in the state! Drove 1.5 hrs to play there for the first time last week and happy I did. Fairways were pure, bunkers were soft and playable, greens were fast and pure. The view from each tee box is beautiful, and the layout of the fairways are player friendly with rewarding good shots but can punish inaccuracy off the tee. Pace of play was fast too. Will definitely take the trip out again to play.

I was traveling down Rt 23 and Google told me this wasn't to far off the highway. I called to see if they could fit in a single walking. Walking isn't allowed on a Saturday until after 3 pm, which wasn't a problem since I wouldn't get there till 3:24. $15 was the cost to walk is what I heard over the phone. So I expected this beat up trailer for a club house etc. I had to make sure he didn't say $50 when I walked in because the facilities presented a modern and country club feel. After paying the $15 walking rate, instead of the $35 it costs to ride, I was off. The course is at the top of the mountain. It's a hilly walk. Layout is beautiful. Fairways had nice grass all around. No sand in the sand traps, the course superintendent says that should change by the end of the season. They are in the process of lining them in the same way courses on the pga tour do it. The greens had consistent grass. It was probably the right speed for a mountain course at medium. Most mountain courses are faster though. I definitely would go back if I happen to be passing by when walking is allowed.

Best stay and play of my life! Course was in premium condition, staff was incredibly kind, and the house was top tier! Restaurant on site was delicious (get the chili dog). I will never forget our visit and will be back. I’ve played all the top public courses in ky and it’s by far the best. On top of it all the pricing was unbeatable (35 weekday, 65 weekends riding)! Bachelor party, guys/girls trips, and more this is the move.
