We play here pretty often. It’s a solid golf course with well-kept grounds and friendly staff. The food is consistently good, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy a round.

The course was in better condition this time, than my last. Very friendly staff, with an outstanding bar and eatery after our round. I would recommend this a few times a year, even if you live an hour out of the way.

So, I played here back in May and I was worried this course was going to start going downhill again, but I can say without a doubt after playing it today, that's NOT the case. It is in SO much better condition today then it was back in May, you can tell they've really put a lot of work into getting their fairways and tee boxes improved. The fairways are almost all in now and the condition of the course has improved drastically since May. I was certainly WRONG to think this place was going downhill, the owner needs to give whoever's making the decisions and the maintenance supervisor a raise as they've done a phenomenal job from what I've seen over the last 45 days here. I will definitely be back and sooner rather then later.

Greens are in good shape and they have a brand new fleet of carts with screens and gps but you are better off hitting in the rough because most of the fairways are either dirt or closed under repair. Tee boxes have been moved to accommodate the terrible fairways. And yet, it costs more to play here than some of the best courses in central KY. ($55 with cart) This is mid-June and every other course around is in prime shape. Who reseeds a course in the middle of June?!! All I see on these review responses are excuses from years of crappy conditions.

Charging people $45 to play here is an absolute joke. The “fairway” are just dirt and weeds. Probably the worst condition I’ve ever seen a course in. It felt like sneaking on to a course that was abandoned years ago. For what it’s worth the gentleman in the pro shop was super nice.
