The course is in fantastic shape, especially compared to a lot of others in the area that have been hurt by the heat. Greens in very good shape, and the price is very affordable.

Connemara Golf Course is my favorite public course in the Lexington-Nicholasville area. Every time I play here, I’m impressed with how well the course is maintained — Altech does a great job keeping it in top condition. The fairways are lush, the greens roll smoothly, and the layout offers a nice variety of holes that make it enjoyable for all skill levels. It’s always a great experience playing at Connemara, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-kept, enjoyable course.

Prices reasonable.Lots of blind hills so had to drive up to make sure they were clear. Well maintained greens- stay out of the rough- lots of poison ivy! Enjoyed our day!

The course is a bit quirky. Several par 5 holes that play like par 4 holes. Lots of blind tee shots. Greens roll true but the speed is inconsistent. This is likely due to inconsistent sun and watering. The greens also have some good contour. The fairways played fast and firm and the rough was luscious. Course is in decent shape. Rough is luscious. Members dont seem to take good care of the greens. I fixed several pitch marks every hole and there were many more to repair. The marshall doesn't know how to properly marshall. Instead of just saying go faster and hovering over you, he should know how to facilitate faster play by helping spot shots on blind tee shots. God forbid you grab a snack at the turn which takes fewer than 5 minutes. Won't be back this year. Course 4/5 customer service 1/5

Hidden golf treasure. Very well ran. Course it's pretty straight forward with a few challenges. Pace of play was good. Post round lunch was great at the clubhouse restaurant!
