Eagle Trace Golf Course provides a scenic, collegiate-connected experience with a routing that rewards confident ball-striking. Broad fairways frame strategic lines toward green sites that feature contouring and closely mown runoffs. The par 5s invite risk-reward decisions, while demanding par 3s require precise yardage control. Practice areas—range, putting, and short-game—help players translate training into lower scores. Reliable conditioning and a full tournament slate make Eagle Trace a popular stop for competitive and recreational golfers alike.

Course was in great shape. Tee boxes were a little rough on some holes but only so much can be done about that with little rain over the last 2 months. Greens rolled really true, fairways well maintained, and the rough wasnt too crazy. Narrow fairways and angled fairways, and wall placed hazards made it so you had to be careful with your shot selection For the price of this course and the shape it was in its definitely worth it!

Greens we're nice, rolled true. Fairways we're in good condition and the Caleb Castle guy was a sweetheart. However his swing was a wee over the top. Also im not going to dock the course any stars but there is a white/asian in his mid 20s that said a 16 year old is hot. BE AWARE.

This course is a big improvement over the one when I was at Morehead 1972 to 1976

Such a fun coarse to golf, greens were fast and fairways well maintained. Staff was very friendly and the rates were reasonable. I recommend you grab a chili dog and go have some fun!

This is a nice course and the staff is great. The course is in great need of additional funding. It is estimated that they lose over hundred thousand dollars a year by not selling alcohol, this would help with their buget, allowing them to make additional improvement such as leveling tee boxes.
