Fantastic course. Probably the best public course I've played in to date in Louisville. Would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Also did a great job helping with our company charity scramble!

After all, this has been under water several times and taking that into consideration it’s not in the best shape. These pictures are of the back nine fairways and as you can see there isn’t much to hit off of. Finding a tuff of grass and placing the ball on it was the best case scenario. These guys need to reseed and put a little money into it. The front nine is in much better shape and the bunkers are in great shape and very playable. The staff are super duper and very helpful.

Played Shawnee this evening May 13th, 9 holes. Pro Shop staff was awesome! I was running late, called them and they moved our start time. Super nice staff! This was the first time I have played there in 25 years. They have really been working hard on the golf course. The greens were a little long, but in great shape they’ve been certainly working on their weed control and stayed on top of the mowing. So happy for Shawnee! This is the way it should be!

I've played here numerous times over the years. 25yrs later, I'm still playing and enjoying this course! When I visit, a must play! Try it, you'll like it.👍🏾🏌🏾‍♂️🏌🏿‍♀️😎

I’ve noticed over the last few years they’ve definitely been taking better care of the greens. Me and whoever ends up with me golfing 9 or 18 holes always enjoy ourselves.
