Lexington Country Club, founded in 1901, is one of Kentucky's most historic and prestigious golf clubs. The 18-hole course was redesigned by Donald Ross in the 1920s, embedding strategic depth and timeless beauty. Rolling terrain, mature trees, and meticulous conditioning define the experience. The club's classic clubhouse and active membership contribute to its distinguished reputation. As a fixture of Lexington's golf heritage, it combines tradition, excellence, and hospitality in equal measure.

Extremely nice / traditional full service county club, well run with friendly staff. The golf course is definitely challenging and the conditions & greens are as good as you will find in the state of Kentucky. Golf course underwent a successful remodel / update in 2023/24.

I don't play golf but I love green places. My dad took me to play golf but I don't have the knack. I loved it and loved a rare chance to be with dad. This course looks beautiful. Very well kept greens and fairways. Clean well maintained carts. 4

Justin Dalton and his whole team are phenomenal! Every time we come out to the Country Club to perform or help with an event, they are always so accommodating. The events that they do host are always top-notch. We truly appreciate the kindness and dedicated team at LCC. Thanks for all that you do!
