Nice pro shop and bar. Good blind shots Water hazards and bunkers. Very receptive greens for 40+ yards out. Well kept fairways and short cut (but thick rough). Greens are on the smaller end but are nice. Very good course.

Had a pretty good cheeseburger from their little grill and bar. I just want to shout out the guy working today, shame on whoever left him to fend for himself, but he did an amazing job, handling all the orders and all the people at the bar. He was efficient and my burgers was really good, i would definitely go back for another one. He should totally get a raise!

Meh didn't sck as bad as the trac at ft hood but still not my favorite anyways

Great experience while visiting my son that is stationed here. Reserve a tee time, but the course was not busy in the early morning.

Played there this past Saturday. We were a foursome (playing scramble style) and was on hole 7 (par5). Right before we teed off we were approached by a worker/ranger and was asked if there were any issues that happened. We stated no and everything was fine. We were all confused in our group why we were asked that. He then drove away and we all teed off. We the drove to our best ball (playing scramble style) then the worker/ranger returned to us and stated that we were a hole in a half behind pace and that we must let the twosome behind us pass when we see them.(they were not waiting on us to tee off the entire 6 holes we were there). We then decided to skip the rest of the hole to move on to the next hole (par3 #8) since we were told we were the problem slowing down the pace of play. As we pulled up to the tee box on hole #8 there was a 2 some that wasn’t even on the green so we waited approximately 5 minutes before we could even hit. The ranger/worker flat out lied to us about us being behind and didn’t even bother to check the hole infromt of us. As we finished the front 9 we then waited to tee off on hole #10 and the 2 some behind us took nearly 15 minutes to finish the hole behind us. We all paid $50 to play there per person and then getting accused and lied to by a staff member is something I’ve never seen before and it made us all want to go home. Were not the best of golfers by any means but we always show proper etiquette and always let people pass if need be. It was very upsetting and ruined the trip. Please have your workers/rangers actually check the situation instead of lying to people who paid to play the course. I understand miscommunication but lying/accusing people shouldn’t be happening. Course was great and fun but people shouldn’t run into this problem
