Nice course for what you are paying for. Fairways and greens are in good condition and they just bought a bunch of new carts. Also the cart path is also in pretty good shape compared to other courses in the area.

The course was in decent condition but a lot of the greens were eaten up in spots. The fairways were in good shape and I love the course layout. I like that they call groups up by last name over the loud speaker when it’s time to tee off. Keeps order and consistency compared to other courses and helps prevent back up on the first tee. I think a small bucket of balls should be included if you’re playing to get warmed up on the range. The range is smaller but they do have a large practice putting green. Long Run is definitely a fair priced course compared to others in the area and we’ll be playing here again.

Greens, fairways, and tee boxes all need work. Greens were patchy at best. Fairways were uncut and unkept. There is no golf etiquette at this course. Me and my wife were hit into twice by two different groups behind us. We also got jumped by a group that jumped from hole 2 to 7 for no apparent reason. Probably won't be back. Sad really. Staff was nice and clubhouse was clean.

The no personal cooler rule enforcement is wild. Second time playing and we were stopped by some dude, who reminded us of the rule. To which I said it’s my personal bag (i.e. purse) then he asked to see inside it - which I said no - because you’re not gonna search me because you’re not a cop. I know this is just a way to make money which I can understand and I would have been happy to buy beer here as well but the Paul Blart wannabe ruined the entire experience. Therefore, it gets one star.

I was glad to see new mats at the driving range on Monday. Good place to get some practice. I will try the course soon.
