Have played this course over the years and its nice to see how far its come. Hope Johnson County continues putting money into it. Conditions this year have been really good. Fun track that’s reasonably priced. Only downside is sometimes playing the course can get backed up but usually flows well.

I had a great experience playing this course, the views are hard to beat, the fairways are in amazing condition making iron shots a dream. I lost more golf balls than I would have liked to the Water Gods, but the course really was a joy to play on. The greens are designed to challenge you and keep you guessing on the breaks. I will definitely be going back to try and redeem myself and maybe not lose so many balls to the water gods. :) The staff working the clubhouse were very friendly and helpful when I had a few questions about different shoes.

Good course, greens were in great shape. Saw deer, turkeys, and a falcon while playing. The course is long and narrow, so bring your good skills and I suggest a cart. The greens were slow from overnight rain to start but got pretty slick by the end.

After checking in, we had the great experience of listening to the marshal arguing with another worker about the number of carts that were lined up. What a great way to demonstrate professionalism right out of the gate. Mind you, the parking lot was less than half full.. After that, we had the pleasure of the marshal driving by 4 separate times over 9 holes to "remind" us that it was "wide open" in front of us, and to speed up. We started ahead of our tee time and we had nobody in front or behind us for two holes. My father in law is in his retirement years and my wife is still new to golf. They arent hitting 300 yard shots from the tee box. We specifically picked a later day tee time as to not interfere with pace of play. We were in no way bothering any other patrons. Beautiful course, but managed by grumpy old men with no professionalism, such a shame.
