Description
Located in Manhattan, Colbert Hills is widely considered one of Kansas's premier public golf experiences. The regulation 18 was co-designed by PGA Tour professional Jim Colbert and architect Jeffrey Brauer, opening in 2000. The layout stretches across native Flint Hills prairie, offering wide fairways, expansive views, and greens guarded by natural contours and rugged bunkers. From the championship tees it measures over 7,500 yards, making it one of the longest in the state, but multiple tee sets ensure accessibility for all players. Consistently ranked among the top university courses in the country, it also serves as the home course for Kansas State University's golf teams.
