Dick (Richard) Watson's 1971 design uses ponds and mature trees to shape lines into multi-tiered greens. It's the centerpiece of a resort community with full amenities and events calendar. Multiple tees stretch the course past 7,000 yards at the back. Well-balanced ratings make it a strong but fair championship-length test.
