Visited while playing with a cover band for 2 nights. The staff was great (Ryan behind the center bar, and, Hallie were great). The dining choices were very good. Didn't gamble so I am no help providing a review there. Hope we get invited back, though.

This was our second time staying there. We enjoy the casino, the staff is friendly, the food selection is great and easy to get to. The bad is the room cleanliness. We stayed in a 2 room suite this time. Awesome room but they cleanliness is very poor. Ita wiped down and vacuumed but you can tell they use one towel to wipe everything down. I saw towel Grime marks over the stainless steel, all over the door, found chewing gum press to the back of one of the end tables, Dusty on the top shelves in multiple other areas and just an absolute lack of care when it came to the cleanliness provided by the maid staff. For what we spent on this room my expectation should be that it should be cleaner. It had a whirlpool tub and we decided not to even bother trying to use that because I'm sure with how poorly the rest of the room was cleaned that I highly doubt that the tub was disinfected or anything. Again we really like the casino but they need to do some major changes when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms. If you're going to do a half a job cleaning then maybe charge half the price. I don't mind it all paying full price for something but I want my room to be clean.

Had an amazing stay at grand falls casino rooms are stunning would definitely suggest to add a bed and breakfast other than that the room views are gorgeous and peaceful... Casion atmosphere is great enjoyed the life entertainment just brings the vibe ... Some staff are so amazing and friendly and helpful.. but had one or two that could definitely change the attitude and not be so rude . All and All it was amazing ....

Currently I am at the Grand Falls Casino in Iowa, on December 31, 2025 at 2:01 pm. I asked the front desk staff on a place to eat in this facility. The front desk recommended the Sports Bar restraunt. I came and asked the two ladies, do I seat myself. The older server in the referee outfit, said yes seat yourself. I walked over to their left, and sat myself in the lounge chair area, with the moveable white tables. I sat and sat and sat and sat and sat. Other people came in, the older woman jumped on them and gave them beers, and took their order. I was the only darker tall person in that restaurant, so it could not be hard to know, that I have not ordered yet. The older woman has to be marginal at her job, if she missed me. I personally will not come to this location, and I definitely will not recommend this spot, for my company corporate outing. I really wanted to see how this location was, before I made my final decision. This happened one day before the New Year. The Sports Bar was not busy when I arrived, so that excuse will not be used. Her managers, please hold her accountable with a proper documented Coaching. I have to give it a rating and this experience is NO STARS, a big thumbs down.

I only played slots here for a couple hours. The place was pretty clean and a good selection of new and old games. I didn't have much interaction with anyone but a bartender who was nice. It's a convenient drive from Brandon and has a sports book.
