RangeDriving Range

Home of the University of Iowa golf teams, Finkbine spans rolling terrain with 50+ bunkers and one signature water carry. The course opened in the 1950s and today plays as a stout par-72 with championship yardage around 7,000+. Recent clubhouse and practice upgrades support both collegiate and public play. Greens are well-contoured, rewarding smart approaches and short-game touch. A large public driving range anchors the practice side.

10/10 I’m thrilled that I got to play the course before it closes for construction this fall🔥 I can’t wait for the remodeled course to open in 2027!

Only been to this course once, but fairways are soft and receptive. The greens were challenging with pin placement and elevation changes. I would highly recommend this course. Great carts with GPS as well.

A first rate university course on a beautiful tract of land a couple of miles west of Kinnick Stadium. A new clubhouse enhances the ambiance. Highly recommended.

This golf course challenges you from the first tee shot to the last putt. Everything from the clubhouse to the course in amazing, so cannot wait to see what the course will look like in 2027 after the renovation

Best driving range in town. The course is fun and challenging and the greens are well maintained. Pretty soggy after a rain and not much shade on the course but a very interesting layout that can be enjoyed by golfers of all skill levels.
