What a great course. We played in late October and the condition of the golf course was fantastic. Because of the weather I had to change our tee times and Amber in the club house took great care to make sure we were taken care of. The front nine was really nice. We stopped at the clubhouse after nine and expressed our pleasure with the front nine and the condition of the course. We were told that the back nine was even more spectacular. They were right. The back nine was one of the best I have ever played. We are already making plans for next year.

Paid for 18 holes. Didn’t get 9 in when an unexpected storm hit. Every other course would give a rain check for 9 holes or credit for a 9 hole rate back including 4-5 I’ve played in the Ankeny Metro. Because of that, I won’t be back. Blindly enforcing a rule without looking at the individual situation often leads to unfair results. Only looking at the pocketbooks of the owners and not their paying customers. This “rule” doesn’t treat customers fairly at all. You’d think ownership would want returning customers to come back and spend more money. Unfortunately not the case here. They don’t care about the customers.

What great course, we had a blast playing it. Front 9 was great to play, and everyone told us wait until the back 9. The tale of 2 different styles, awesome value for playing all day!

Great course, friendly staff. Probably the most beautiful back 9 you can play in Iowa! Beautifully maintained course with stunning scenery!

This is a very fun golf course. The front 9 starts off with a couple basic holes before starting to route through some trees. The fairways and greens are generous enough in size, but there is a decent amount of trouble all around to penalize misses. The course really shines on the back 9. There are many elevation changes and ample opportunities for risk/reward shots.
