I was incredibly fortunate to call Emerald Hills home during my college golf years from 2021–2023. As a student-athlete, having a course of this quality to practice and compete on was a privilege — but what made it truly special were the people. The members didn’t just tolerate us being there; they embraced us. They supported us, encouraged us, celebrated our successes, and made us feel like we belonged. That kind of environment is rare. I also had the opportunity to give back in small ways — mowing greens in the early mornings, collecting range balls, helping prepare the course during the busy pre-season. Being behind the scenes gave me an even deeper appreciation for the pride and care that goes into maintaining Emerald Hills. The condition of the course is no accident; it reflects hard work, attention to detail from Mike and his team, and genuine love for the club. Coming from Scotland and being thousands of miles from home, I could never have imagined how much Emerald Hills would come to mean to me. Randy and Molly went far beyond their roles — they made me feel welcomed, valued, and looked after. What started as a place to develop my golf game became my home away from home — a place of comfort, belonging, and countless lifelong memories. Emerald Hills shaped me not only as a golfer but as a person. If you’re considering visiting or joining, know that you’re not just stepping onto a golf course — you’re stepping into a community that cares deeply about the game and about each other. I can say with complete confidence that you will not be disappointed by the atmosphere, the condition, or the experience. It’s a truly special place.

Great experience here. I knew Randy the pro from way back in my college days when he taught a course at the University. Beautiful, well kept course and friendly in the clubhouse. We got rained on the first day and came back to finish 9 holes the next day at no extra charge and I felt like that was very courteous and they didn’t have to do that. I will be coming back to play many more rounds here, very enjoyable experience.

An amazing well kept course, challenging yet fun! Staff all the way around are great!

95$ for 18 holes 9 of which are under construction. Super disappointing that they are charging full price for a half effort course under construction. It was an act of God to even find hole 10. Strongly recommended staying away until this construction is finished
