One of Iowa's oldest clubs (1888) with a Tom Bendelow connection and a proud small-town pedigree. The nine plays to a par-36 at just under 3,000 yards and leans on classic shot values. Subtle greens and prairie winds add the defense. It's a pure walk that rewards keeping the ball in front of you. Most listings show no full range on site.

I could golf here every week, actually I do! It’s amazing, can’t wait to go back as soon as possible. Great staff, great atmosphere, incredible course

Even though it's a fair drive from Sioux City, it's well worth it. It has a very friendly and personable atmosphere. I was instantly reminded of the old sitcom, Cheers. The food options were substantial and the prices very reasonable. You won't be disappointed!

The old course is in great shape. Its the oldest golf course in Iowa, and I believe it's the oldest west of the Mississippi. Or at least one of the oldest. Lots of fun.
