I am sorry to write a one star review, but a few things need to be addressed at Shewami. I took my son here on 5/31/25, and once we got to the clubhouse the worker didn't allow us to golf. The reason was because of this ridiculous new policy that requires only those wearing collared shirts to play. We then told her that we drove all the way from another town, and if we can still golf, but there was no leniency. It is not like me and my son were wearing inappropriate shirts, or anything offensive. My son then spoke up and asked if Shewami offers any student discounts for High School golf players, and she said she would call her boss. After the phone call, she stated that there is not a single discount whatsoever for any local schools. Also, it is not even worth golfing here, because the prices are higher than other local courses.

The golf course is a hidden gem. Fairways were manicured to perfection. Greens were running around 9 10. Sand traps easy to get of. Check in girl very pleasant. I plan on playing golf here at least once every 2 months even though hour drive.

My daughter and I have golfed here last year, so what a better place to go for her birthday! It was very, very windy so it was challenging. The coarse is very well maintenanced and the employees are friendly. I love that the carts have ball and club washers on them! I would recommend it very highly!

Love this course. The locals are awesome people. Just a great course in the country.
