One of the best courses we have here in the North Chicago neighborhood, the pro is the best, he lets all the caddies play. From the surrounding area and they give us good prices.

I’ve never been to a golf course that only allows check-in 15 minutes before tee time. They’re also very strict about carts—you have to provide ID and are required to use the golf cart they assign you. I was disappointed that the back tees (blue tees) weren’t set up. Overall, it’s an easy course, and the conditions are good right now.

We like it here and it's close to home.

I’ve never seen such a poorly managed golf course. I went on a Saturday at 1 pm, and they had ran out of golf carts. They only told me this after we purchased carts, and we had to wait 30 minutes to get one. The carts themselves were barely functioning as well. The range itself was closed because they either had no/low range balls or there was a private event. No worker seemed to know what was happening with the range. When we got to the course itself, the starter was smoking cigarettes and not checking times, barely caring. No one checked the course itself, causing many people to cross over to other holes and replay holes. Overall, not a good experience at all.

Course was in decent shape - some low points with water and spongy places because of rain. Greens were good. Slow play caused it not to be a 5 star rating.
