The cost is $200 per month to high for the market and services they provide. You would do better to move closer to Frankfurt healthcare and services.

High rents no services. New Management Anne is rude and hides from residents. Only worried about collecting rents stay away do not buy here.

I've called the office four times about my neighbor's garbage cans being in the wrong place. He puts them on the the other side of his house, so if I'm sitting on my patio I'm staring at his ugly cans plus they stink.

I would not recommend buying a home here. Before we signed our lease we were we were told our driveway would be fixed we were on a list that was removed before the new manager. Now management is stating it is our responsibility I would have never moved in here had I known what I know now.

Looking for a place for my mom. Several of the places are really nice but expensive and the lot rent is high.
