This course had a nice setup. I liked the way they had the markers for the next hole set up that you could easily see where the next hole was from the green you were on. Greens were in beautiful shape with a good range of difficulty and speed of greens was fast. Generally speaking the conditions of the course were mostly good with some rough patches. Tee boxes were a little beat up but for this time of year (mid September) not outrageous. We really enjoyed a beautiful September afternoon. The real head scratcher here was the watering procedures. They water the whole place right smack in the middle of the day. The first hole had two or three sprinklers on the fairway going. I called and asked if that was normal and was told, yes, it is! In twenty plus years of playing 100-120 rounds per year all over the country I've never experienced this. It wasn't just the first hole. It wasn't the entire course but around half. One hole we couldn't use the tee box because sprinklers were running and the tee boxes were flooded (see pics). This course has a family owned vibe. Its a little old school. Nice people. I liked this course aside from the watering. I would go back hopefully they aren't watering mid-day. btw, nice walking course, not too hilly.

The price was good value for a Saturday morning round, and we played early enough that we were able to finish in about 3.5 hours without feeling rushed. The conditions of the fairways and greens were average. This is one of the worst routed golf courses I've ever played. I felt like I was constantly avoiding balls coming from holes on either side. The course needs an aggressive tree removal project to improve playability, which will also help with the pace of play issues noted by many other reviewers. My main gripe with the course is that I had reserved a tee time two weeks in advance and noted that we needed a set of rental clubs. When we checked in, the pro shop attendant told us they didn't do rental sets. This was very disappointing.

Used to be decent but has gone downhill quickly. They overbook on the weekends and the price has gone up to the point where you can find better experiences for roughly the same price. The senile lady working the desk is very rude and I think there was black mold in the golf cart.

Played here many years ago, left because course wasn't be maintained to same standard as neighboring courses and always stacked up. New management came in and boasted the improvements to course, so bought a 10 play card. Big mistake, course is very dry, leagues Monday thru Thursday so booked 2 tee times at 2:15 to get to turn before leagues start and cannot get to turn until 5:30, which is too late, never has it taken me this long to play 9, talked with personal at course on over booking or young adults playing holes over again leaving me sitting and waiting, lost several balls no etiquette at all, balls in middle of fairway you can't fully see due to hills and your balls gone when you get there, it's a free for all, tried to help them by buying 10 pass in winter to keep revenue flowing and great prices but they have done nothing to rectify.

Very fun course the handicap player. Affordable and great friendly employees. Course conditions are on par for the price. Gets very busy on the weekends. I play here every week on a league. I recommend this course.
