I booked my round through GolfNow at a rate of $55, but I was charged $70 at check-in with no prior notice from either GolfNow or the golf course. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. If the published rate was incorrect, the issue should have been communicated before arrival — not after the fact at the counter. I expect the course to honor the booked price, and I will be disputing the charge if this is not resolved promptly. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the course’s customer service and business practices.

Really nice course and well maintained. As long as you stayed in the fairway, you are good. They three 9 hole courses and you can play 9 or 18. Went on sunny day and played 18 - Valley and Praire course. Many including the first hole is 500+ yards. Many others are 350+ which is nice. Don't hit to the rough and you will enjoy. This is the first time I played a solo game but still enjoyed it

One of those special places in the golf world... I've only walked 9 a handful of times but each one (each separate 9 hole course) has been a phenomenal experience. The practice facility and staff are great as well. Legitimately one of the best places I've golfed in 7+ years.

Really cool layout with the 3 9 hole courses...fairways were in excellent shape. People were really nice. Greens are fast but very well manicured. All in all, great course and we will be back!

I have to tell the owners of this place. Not only are you the only 27 holes in McHenry. My hats off to your staff. I’ve played a lot of courses in McHenry County. Every tea box is beautiful. Every green is beautiful and the fairways are like walking on clouds.Plus the practice areas are unbelievably kept. Boone creek is my new go to place.
