First time my friend & I visited. (10-6-25). The food was awesome, and the service was second to none. I'm regretting that I didn't ask the names of our servers and bartender. They deserve a special thank you for their upbeat, entertaining & energetic personalities. Thank you !! This is our new favorite bar/restaurant!

My high school friends meet once a month and we try a new "meet and eat place".The Lakes is out in the country ,so it is scenic, peaceful, and relaxing. We had plenty of choices of delicious food. Seating and atmosphere was great. The staff was very helpful and aimed to please.We were not rushed so we had a great visit. Definitely a "go back to place"! I recommend the Bacon Jam Burger with sweet potato tots,especially if you've never had one!

Ordered the Friday specials. She had crab stuffed salmon with lobster sauce. Loved it. I had the fall off the bone ribs. Loved it. The sauce was perfect sweet and spicy while the meat was still sturdy enough to not fall apart even though I pulled the bones right out. I don't know how they do that. My double tall Jack & Coke was exactly how I make mine. Perfect. It's a come as you are kind of place, which is nice. We'll be back. Often.

We were seated promptly there were only two other tables occupied. We waited quite sometime no water didn’t ask if we’d like a drink nothing! Just as we were about to leave she asked us for our order. The salad arrived promptly and was good. We ordered chicken with a side of spaghetti, carrots, and garlic mashed potatoes. The only thing hot was the chicken and it was very greasy and mushy. We have ordered this many times on previous occasions and it was very good. Do not know what has happened but it is very disappointing.

Brisket nachos and Zombie Dust on draft, what's not to love. Brooke was friendly and on point, despite being the only server. They need to upgrade their tortilla chips, the ones they serve are meh. The salads are excellent! We will return.
