A decent 9 hole course, par 35. Smallish clubhouse with basic facilities, friendly and competent staff. A decent selection of food and drink options available. Practice green and driving net available for warm up. Course is really quite flat, and design is straightforward. Mature trees abound, along with greenside sand traps and the occasional water hazards. While not a super easy course to play, it's not complex by any means. Course is fairly well maintained, and a good value. Pace of play on a mid-day weekday was rather slow. This is a decent course for beginners and walking cart players, so expect a slower round. I recommend this course if you're starting to play golf, or just want a simple 9 hole experience at a competitive price point. Have a good round!

Perfect golf course for a quick nine hole round. We played on Saturday afternoon in beautiful weather, and the pace of play was excellent. (We finished in about 100 minutes). The course was in great shape and had a variety of different hole, with sand in great condition and little water hazards sprinkled throughout. Incredible value for the money and for Chicago.

What a beautifully maintained golf course - everyone in my foursome was blown away by the quality of the grass and the challenge of the greens. The fellow golfers and staff were friendly. The pace of play was perfect, we weren't waiting on the people ahead of us and nobody was nipping at our heels behind us. The clubhouse is well maintained as well.

I play at Lombard golf course probably 4-5 times a year. Always a very friendly place to play and not overly challenging. Went golfing today and was unable to finish round due to the dust storm and they were very friendly about allowing us to come back and play another day. That aside I have never had a bad experience in the decades I’ve played the course and would definitely recommend if your looking for a nice 9.

9-Hole course. You will need your driver since there are a couple holes that are over 350 yd. Definitely easy to walk the whole course if you wanted to.
