I may have done this backwards....please forgive me! This is a beautiful course, very well maintained. The counter staff in the shop are friendly people. I'm here today because the clubhouse is functioning as a polling site for this April 1 local election. There's a practice putting green right outside. At 5 this morning (when we had to "set up,") I could hear a Great Horned Owl calling!

Out of the three Joliet courses this is the best taken care of. Wedgewood is the best though. The first 9 holes are uninspired and boring. I liked playing it and the clubhouse was amazing. The staff was very helpful and great to deal with. I just can’t get over the front 9 everything was straight and boring. The back half was amazing. Totally worth playing. If you felt a chance play the back nine twice and skip the front nine. No divest anywhere though it was a very well taken care of course.

This is Joliet's hide gem.The course is well maintained and the staff is 5 stars.If you play the front well the back nine will see just how you adjust to some difficult holes for your total score after 18 holes!

Peyton was very accommodating to me and my 12-year-old son, and I'm very appreciative of that. Great course and staff.

From $54 to $74 is the up-charge for a cart is absolutely disgusting. $74 for a course that has no par 5's? You can play this course in 3.5 hrs. Front 9 is boring and is an executive 9. The back 9 gets better, but as a whole, it's NOT worth $74. This is a $48 course on the weekend charging $74. Save your money and go 3 miles away for $64 and play Broken Arrow, which is a normal course with 3 different 9 hole options. On a nice day on the weekend, Woodruff had barely any cars in the parking lot. I can promise you that it's because of inflated prices. I gave the extra star to the poor staff who look bored and a bartender who is stuck working at a course with not many guests. The course was okay for this time of year.
