Donna does a top notch job of keeping the senior league running fairly and smoothly. The lunches she prepares afterwards are always delicious and are much appreciated. The time she puts in keeping the course looking great with her landscaping really adds a special touch. Thank you to Donna and the country hills crew!!

My family has been golfing at Country Hills for 3 generations. Enjoyed 9 holes with my grandson last weekend. Very peaceful and not overcrowded. They have a great junior golf program and everything is kid friendly. Definitely worth taking a short drive to Greenview.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to play golf in a botanical garden of crabgrass, look no further. The clubhouse? Spotless. Honestly, 5-star bathroom experience. But once you leave that clean, tiled oasis, things get… wild. The greens were slower than my motivation on leg day, and walking on them felt like stepping on wet cake. Weed-free though — so shoutout to whoever runs their herbicide program. Sadly, all the effort went into the greens because the fairways looked like a scene from a post-apocalyptic sports movie. Finding a flat, grassy spot for your ball became a scavenger hunt. And balls that were 3 feet off the fairway? Vanished. I think there’s a Bermuda Triangle situation happening in the rough, which by the way, is just a collection of weeds and crabgrass trying to unionize. Before we teed off, the owner came out and gave us a lecture on how to drive a cart like it was our first day in driver’s ed. Real warm welcome. Then he got upset when someone dropped a single curse word — as if each mound wasn’t going to curse us with a full crop of poison ivy. Oh, did I mention the mounds? They’re the pride of the course, apparently. Each one has a sign, a “stay off” warning, and its own ecosystem of toxic shrubbery. Beautiful. All in all, a memorable round of golf. Bring your own weed whacker, maybe some Benadryl, and a sense of humor.

I love playing in our Ladies League. We always have so much fun with all the different games Donna has for us. We are so fortunate to have Country Hills Golf Course. Thank you to Donna, Glen and the maintenance crew. Always enjoy Donna's meals that she fixes for us.
