If you factor cost, this is my favorite course in the area. The regular rates are very fair, and you can usually find discounted tee times on golf now. While the course isn't particularly hazardous, I wouldn't say it plays easy by any means. Unless you're super long, tee to green can be a challenge. And putting isn't particularly easy either. Will need your full game to do any respectable scoring. Legacy is pretty much a home course for me and it still eats my lunch regularly. Hole 16 has ruined many a rounds for me. Water left and right, a nemesis of a hole for sure! But I like the challenge and will continue coming back. If you care about cost, this might be a good fit for you.

If I could rate this a 0 I would, we had booked a couple weeks in advance and even showed up to our tee time early. We had asked the clubhouse if we could just do the back 9 as that was all we wanted to play, the course Marshall said that we were in the wrong, okay fine no big deal, there was a 4 team wait at the first hole and off we went.So we wait and “follow the rules” we are not crazy golfers so our hits took less than a minute each but after our first hit, the Marshall comes back and kicks us off the course. We were the quickest people out there and he said that we held up the line. I’m not sure how very amateur golfers who are just there to hit balls holds up the line but okay. When proceeding to leave there were at least 9 people waiting to golf on the first hole (that had come after we hit). This place is a horror story on holidays, not placing enough time between tee times is not our problem but it is the courses problem. Will not go back

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Legacy Golf Course. From the moment we were approached, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff member who confronted us was rude, aggressive, and unnecessarily disrespectful. There was no effort to have a professional or courteous conversation, and we were made to feel unwelcome from the start. Unfortunately, the condition of the course did not justify the way paying customers were treated. Several areas of the course were poorly maintained and fell well below the standards I would expect for the price of a round. I have played at many golf courses and understand that issues can arise, but there is never an excuse for treating customers with disrespect. We left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and with no desire to return. Based on our experience, both with the customer service and the condition of the course, I would not recommend Legacy Golf

The course and everyone else are great. The owner/operator IS THE WORST. He sucks. It rained and he was rude about letting us know the course was closed (as we played in the rain). When we asked for a voucher (not really expecting anything) he accused us of sneaking Apple flavored beer on the course, after buying beer from the clubhouse (and being checked by the course ranger) . Rest of the staff was awesome, feel bad the owner is driving away business from them.

We booked a round here and parked our cart on a hillside just off of the cart path. The manager came out aggressive and began to ask us questions in a sarcastic manner such as “can you even read the sign thats posted in the cart” so we did not respond because we were not going to feed into his attitude. He finally asked us “can you keep the cart on the path yes or no” to which we replied “yes”, and then he proceeded to kick us off of the course mad stating that he was mad at the fact that we wouldn’t feed into his attitude at the start of the conversation. He even got into our cart with our personal belongings and drove it off. I would highly suggest golfing elsewhere if you’re looking for a light atmosphere and welcoming staff.
