Got the Cod and Shrimp dinner which was excellent. Would have been 5 star visit but it seemed there was only 1 person waiting tables and the place was packed. From the looks of it there were another 2 to 3 employees working the bar, backend and pro shop would have thought one could help out with drinks. I had to go to the bar to get drink refills.

Course was fine and in decent shape However, me and my friend went and shoot using a coupon he won. The lady was extremely short with us and basically told us to behave. Then immediately when we got our cart, we had another guy yelling at us telling us where the hole was and that we were going the wrong way. We werent lost at all, we were trying to respect our 315 tee time and wanted to get outta the way and practice on the wedging practice green. We ended up just going at 305 because we felt pressured to go and the 3pm tee tine hadnt shown up yet. It was just kinda unsettling, didnt feel welcoming at all. Then when we stopped midway thru to use the restroom and had a lady yelling at us who seemed very concerned with us, telling us we have to be done at a certain time, leaving the impression that we need to leave asap...I get the course closes but theres a way to talk to people and this wasn't it, we still had like 2 hours when she told us thus. Won't be back because whats clearly important here is employee needs and wants and not the golfers enjoyment. Idk. I think if I wasn't 32 years old I would've been treated like the adult I actually am.

Great course! Will definitely play again when the weather gets nicer! Just stay away from the Minute Pirate bugs. Made it annoying and continues to itch for days and days.

Course is always in great shape. Grounds crew is quick to clean things up after midwest storms. Joe and his staff are always available to help in the pro shop. Food is excellent. You can really tell that this is a course that is cared for by the staff and members.

We had my husband's surprise 60th birthday party at Dwight CC. The food was great and several of our guests went back for more. Joe was great to work with and everything went smoothly.
