Great golf course. Greens and fairways are looking good. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend this course.

OK...first let me say that I give 4 and 5 stars to the upper end of golf courses, for example, Whistling Straights or The Ocean Course. This is not in that category. However, so far it is most definitely the best-conditioned course I have played in Southern Illinois. I really enjoyed the zoysia fairways. EDIT: Thanks to the course owner for replying. As a golfer, I understand the challenges the owners face. That is why I characterized my rating as being the best-conditioned course I've played in the Southern Illinois area. No one will mistake Greenview for Bethpage Black, so it shouldn't be rated that way. However, it is an upper quality course for this portion of Illinois. So, to the owner....well done.

All the food at our table was really good. I had the firecracker shrimp and a blackened Mahi Mahi wrap. The shrimp could be an entree if you add a side salad. FYI

Amazing customer service and great bang for your buck. They make you feel welcome and are super friendly. The greens are great and rolled pure. We ate at the restaurant and had a great meal. Burgers were good, the bacon/ranch potato salad was better than your grandma's.

Amazing food and service. Accidentally found this when Googling fancy restaurants. We will be a new regular for sure. An hour drive but worth it. Cozy.
