It was one of the top 10 I've played. Challenging dog legs mixed with the requirements to pick your landing spots. The greens were perfect. The views were even better. A 10

I recently had the pleasure of playing 9 holes on Tamarack's Osprey, their newly reopened golf course, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived Dustin, Scott, Alex, and Jordan were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable round of golf. The course itself was a treat for the senses. While there were a few lengthy cart rides between a couple of holes, the stunning views of the lake and mountains more than made up for it. The natural beauty of the surroundings added to the overall charm of the course and provided a peaceful day of golf. The greens and fairways were in impeccable condition. The maintenance team at Tamarack has clearly put a lot of effort into getting this course in top shape. The greens rolled true, and the fairways were lush and inviting, making for a pleasurable and challenging game of golf. In conclusion, Tamarack's Osprey golf course is a must-visit for any golfer. The combination of a friendly and attentive staff, breathtaking views, and well-maintained fairways and greens make it a top-notch golfing destination. I look forward to returning for a full 18-hole round when they open the remaining 9 holes in July '24.

This was such a lovely course! Beautiful. Not crowded. The people were very nice and were there to make sure you had a good time.

Course was mostly nice. Had a situation where the greens keeper kept getting in front of us to mow the boarder around the green as my group were making our approach shots. After 3 consecutive holes we confronted him with our "frustration" and he left us alone. Also, "The Beast" hole had an embarrassing hole placement where none of us 8 handicap golfers could even get it anywhere close after 5 puts each. Hole was place on a ridiculous crown. We decided it was fair for us to write down a 3 put each and move on. At 130 bucks a round, things like this shouldn't happen.

Gorgeous course with a great layout! Greens were all you could ask for, fast and true. Fairways are lush, rough is long and places a premium on well placed tee shots and approaches. Bunkers had a generous amount of beautiful white sand. Native area frames the course nicely and the elevation changes create some stunning views and tee shots. 19th “gamblers hole” was a really cool addition, a down hill par 3 guarded by a pond in front. Dustin and the staff in the golf shop were very friendly and welcoming. If you are in the McCall area you have to check this course out!
