The transformation of The Bigwood Golf course is absolutely spectacular. Nothing short of absolutely AMAZING, I love playing there. Birdies food shack has spectacular food, burger dog is delicious, shakes, ALL the food rocks! The restaurant Timbers has quickly become our towns go to spot, food drinks are out of this world. Our town is so SUPER grateful for the new owners. Owners have taken an ALL IN, hands ON attitude and completely transformed the entire place. T-boxes/greens/fairways/sand-traps ALL redone, redesigned and has become the gem of our town! A huge thanks to C and L, still in shock and truly grateful, blessed to have you all here in town. Great nine hole course. Only draw back is that after Memorial holiday the restaurant was still closed. Had to go into town to have lunch; I don't eat hotdogs.

I’ve played this course for 30 years and I am truly impressed by the work that has been done. Congratulations, it’s a great course and the greens are phenomenal!

Big Wood is the red headed step child of Sun Valley golf. It’s beat up, has some scars and the greens suck. That being said - golfers/staff here are non pretentious and welcoming. The course is overpriced no doubt but it’s challenging and has character. The cart guy “Carl” is fantastic and really made our day.

Excellent sandwiches and breakfast burritos, beautiful wide open and blue and white skies! Beautiful expanses of fresh green! I grandfather-in my appreciation to this course. I must thank my coach and friend Blake (seen here), for helping me go: from a complete novice... (Someone who thought occulus practice could somehow translate to the green! He teases me all the time deservedly so.) ...to: after only 5 games, being able to complete a round close to par. Bigwood Golf Club has my heart and fondness for life.
