Rooms are small but recently updated and clean. There's no daily cleaning service but it's not a problem at all. The pool is what we came for and being there 3 nights was wonderful. We had a comfortable bed and were very happy with our stay.

golf course is wonderful; greens are the best maintained in southwest Idaho. Front and back nines are very different. Both challenging enough for good golfers. You don't need a cart - especially on the front nine. The walk between clubhouse and #10 and then back from #18 can seem a bit long (1/2 mile each way).

We went up to Terrace Lakes Resort for a quick overnight getaway and had such a great experience overall. We were able to get a condo thanks to Judy, who was beyond helpful and accommodating — truly went above and beyond for us. The staff as a whole was absolutely amazing. We had dinner and drinks at the bar and loved every minute of it. The locals are so inviting and friendly; it honestly feels like you’ve known them forever. Such a welcoming, laid-back vibe that makes you want to stay longer. The only reason I’m mentioning a concern is because the pool was the main reason we went up to relax. Unfortunately, it smelled horrible, the water was murky, and there were gray/white floating flakes on the bottom that honestly looked like dryer lint. We were so grossed out we didn’t even last 20 minutes — we ended up showering right away because we felt disgusting afterward. That said, aside from the pool issue, everything else was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Hoping the pool situation gets addressed because this place has so much going for it!

My siblings and I have gone here multiple years in a row. At times we even rent rooms and stay the night. After paying to swim in their hot springs pool, I went inside with my daughter to reserve a table around 2:00. There were lots of open tables. I only recall seeing one other family sitting there on the main floor. I asked my daughter to go ask for some menus and let them know that there will be15 of us. There young employee at the register spoke up a called across the restaurant to me, “you can’t eat here. You need to make a reservation for a party that big.” I looked around, not seeing a huge lunch rush filing through the doors and filling up all of their tables. The family sitting across from me looked at me in disbelief. I asked if it would be better if we sat in smaller groups are different tables and indicated that we weren’t in a huge rush. She again piped up with a very condescending tone, “I already said you can’t eat here. We won’t be serving you because you already said you have 15 people. You should have made a reservation.” This was so disheartening. The family across from me shared that his friend owns a restaurant in town and kindly suggested we try there. How is it possible that a customer knew how to have better customer/people skills than the employee working in the business establishment itself?! If I had known that they were going to turn us away, we absolutely wouldn’t have wasted money on their business by paying to go to the hot springs this year. This was our third year coming here and we have never had a problem with them. Their food was always well made and the previous staff were wonderful. It was so disappointing. I hope the manager/owner sees this and looks into it. What a disappointment and terrible impression she gave.

We went fir the hot springs. Drunk obnoxious people were ruining the experience for everyone else jumping and splashing others in the pool. Not one of the staff delt with this. Also, the pool coyld use a good cleaning as well as the changing room and bathrooms. One of the toilets was not working, but again staff did nothing. Just said okay that happens a lot.
