Girlfriend and I booked a tee time at “The Dunes” and take our word it’s a BEAUTIFUL course and you need to play it over the other courses in Maui. We just played Kapalua “Plantation Course” right before so the bar was set high for us. And while not every hole is on the ocean this courses layout is a 10/10, we loved the views from every tee box like the mountains covered in clouds or the views of the island. I wish I could give this course a 5-star because of the layout and conditions but the greens were a little bumpy or this would be a 5 star all day long as the fairways are amazing tee boxes are awesome and the staff couldn’t of been any nicer & friendly. The carts are gas and there’s no GPS but who doesn’t have a range finder these days. Highly recommend playing here to anyone visiting from anywhere. We will be back again before leaving now🤙🏽☀️

Food wise- we love it! Prices are a bit high and then the happy hour sizes are half of this. It’s our second time coming here. I will say service wasn’t the friendliest as we were a large group but we had just landed from the mainland and needed food fast before going to Costco. All of this was so good!!!

Once we figured out the layout we were good. Course is beautiful - I kept wonder where I was - staff is awesome. Food is great.

Playing for the first time was very challenging. Because if you dont know the course. Your golf score will go up very easily. This course isn't shy about the sand bunkers,so your your sand wedge better be spot on. But overall it was a nice 18 holes with some beautiful views and nice golf shots.

Great local course on Maui. Played this morning and was done in 3hrs 30mins. Very welcoming employees from cart guy to pro shop & on the course. Do not let the first 3 holes fool you, there is some elevation on this course, Holes 10 & 11 especially. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Greens rolled really well. Definitely worth playing when visiting Maui!
