Been playing here more recently. Always a good course. A few fairways need significant work. But if you love scenic courses lakemont I should a must play! Beautiful holes by the water and stone mountain. Plays longer than the yardage. Putts break toward the magnetic mountain!

we played the lake course-for once reviews liee and ive never been so grateful. this place was FANTASTIC. to plop a golf course on a natural rock land this place was nothing short of impressive. the staff was so incredibly professional and informative- the starter on wednesday 4/1 has a spirit that makes you feel sentimental about playing the course and setting your first shot for success. anyone who loves golf can fall in love with this course no matter the condition. coming from arizona/michigan this place is a dream

This course is an utter disaster, you’re better off spending a 108 dollars at a local miniature golf course. Felt absolutely fleeced after we paid ahead during Masters week and found out it was 49 dollars after tee off. The course is a Goat pasture, you hit a ball in the “fairway” and land on compacted dirt. Didn’t hit off a tee box with actual grass and some of the greens have more sand holes on them the par 3s bunkers. Save yourself money and just take a walk in the park area. First and only course I have never recommended on Google and it needs to be shut down and renovated completely. Also if you like playing the tips, enjoy playing from the women’s tee boxes because a majority are closed and look like this.

Very scenic courses (two 18 hole championship courses). Greens are in great shape. Fairways undulating, making the course quite tricky to play. Very nice clubhouse and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only issue was not all bunkers were raked but it's early in the golfing season and perhaps they are short staffed. Will play again!

I rarely leave reviews, but this situation has me frustrated. Has the potential to be the nicest course in Atlanta hands down. Charging $100, and yes you get a great view. But the course should match the layout. You have a mountain and a lake…. But fairways that are dirt / sand. Greens that are awful. It makes no sense. If you want it to stay a bad course fine..:. But don’t charge a premium for trash
