My grandfather was one of the co-founders of the great country club. A plaque celebrates his involvement. Members today remember the heritage and have honored him. The course was designed by George Cobb.

I have been to this venue a bunch! Weddings, college events, proms & more each time has been amazing. The staff is friendly and the the view of the golf course is amazingly beautiful. If you are looking for a venue for your event or a nice country club this is a great option.

I went for a function and what I saw of the facilities, it seems like a nice place. It was clean and well decorates. The food however, wasn't the best. I could not tell you if the meat was chicken or pork, but I can tell you it was dry.
