Marshwood is the original course at The Landings on Skidaway Island and today blends parkland corridors with marsh vistas. Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay's routing invites aggressive play on reachable par 5s but demands precision into raised, well-bunkered greens. Prevailing coastal breezes and tidal marsh edges add a strategic layer that changes by the day. Renovation and ongoing agronomic updates have kept surfaces quick and consistent while preserving the classic Palmer shot values. Members warm up at The Landings' extensive practice facilities before tackling a finishing stretch that rewards bold tee shots and exacting short-game control.

The staff was very friendly & welcoming. The layout & shape of the course was fantastic! The covered outdoor lounge surrounded by the pool was very enjoyable after the round. Thank You.

Details and high standards! This team maintains the grounds meticulously, and the amenities are top notch. This is the community to live in - within Savannah and outside of the busy main streets of downtown.

Great course in the landings and the food and beverage is great. It sports a nice range and putting green and two courses. Only ding is that the course is restricted by houses and there's OB or hazards on both sides.
