If this course was in good shape, it would be pleasant and challenging. Alas, the fairways are not very good, neither are the tee boxes, nor the greens. The only part of the course that are above average are the bunkers!

Played this course during our trip to Savannah. The course is well maintained with plenty of trees and water features. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the course! I felt like I got a great value for my money, especially considering the beautiful views! Some of the holes were very challenging with a very narrow fairway.There were a lot of small alligators chilling in the water when we visited. I cannot help but taking a lot of pictures of them.

My husband and I have played golf here a few times. We recently had a not-so-pleasant experience that turned into a positive one. The customer service from Eric and Pat is the reason we will keep returning. Carlos, however, was less helpful. Here's what happened this past weekend: We booked a tee time for 4pm but arrived early at 3:40 pm. We asked Carlos in the pro shop if we could start early, and if not, that was okay. Carlos told us we needed to wait—again, no problem. We also asked if we could have a golf cart since we saw many were not being used. Carlos said no. We then met Pat outside, who said he would still be there by the time we finish our 9-hole round anyway, so we should ask that they make an exception regarding the golf cart. We mentioned we had missed the booking time for a cart and would walk because Carlos told us we couldn’t have one and needed to walk or not play. Eric was unhappy about us walking and did everything he could to find us a cart, which we did not know about. While walking to the course, on the second hole, Eric and Pat drove up with a golf cart, saying we arrived early and numerous carts were available, so they let us use one. We understand that when we arrived, no carts should have been available at the 4 o’clock tee time. However, when we called the pro shop ahead of time to confirm if we could have one, no one answered. So, we went assuming that since we had a tee time, we would get a golf cart either way. Eric and Pat provided fantastic customer service and are the main reasons we will keep coming back.

Walked 9 in the evening. Great value for the price. There was one tee box (#5 I think) that was in rough shape, mostly sand, but other than that greens were solid and fairways were great. Again, for the price it was great. Will be back

I really like this municipal course. It's not overly difficult, and from most tees it isn't very long either. A few tee boxes could use some work, mainly leveling, better grass coverage, and improved drainage, but overall the course is in good shape. The greens are smooth and roll nicely, with only small spots of minor damage that don't affect play. Fairways are well maintained and neatly cut throughout most areas. Overall, a very nice course.
