A Lowcountry Dye design where a parkland front nine gives way to windswept marsh on the back. The 2014 Dye/Liddy overhaul rebuilt greens and bunkers, improved drainage, and sharpened playing angles. Strategic diagonals over water and bold green contours create classic Dye risk-reward questions. Conditions favor firm turf and ground-game options when breezes rise off the Ogeechee. The no-tee-time culture and extensive practice grounds underscore its retreat-style vibe.

The Ford Plantation is a very special, beautiful gem of the low country .great club house and restaurant. You can play golf, dock your boat at the Marina after fishing, or just enjoy the scenery. Rows of old live oaks and great job on landscaping and maintenance.

I redid the Soundsystem here after a lightning strike. I have a lot of customers in this community and I can't believe how nice everyone here is. A sense of community here unlike any other neighborhood I've worked in!

We had a family birthday dinner at the Clubhouse and it was a lovely experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It was Italian night and all the dishes that arrived to our table were both eloquently plated and tasted delicious.
