This has been my golf groups home course for 13+ years and I've never been disappointed till today. We have played here before during a frost delay hold up but none of those were as bad as today. To have a hr and half worth of tee times tee off in a hr is ridiculous. After 4 hrs to just get through 9 holes and watching 4 groups a hole we decided to leave to make previous commitments we had made. Went in to the clubhouse to kindly ask for a 9 hole rain check and we're automatically denied a rain check. Our group will no longer visit this course anymore.

This is a great public course. Big issue is they plug I. Too many tee-times especially on weekends. Compounding the situation they have no Starter at the tee-box maintaining play. We had a 12:30 tee-time. Got to the 1st hole 12:25. 4 groups waiting to tee-off and the group behind us was the 12:22. Finally got off at 1:10.

After having several people in the area telling us that we should try playing this course, going into the day with high hopes diminished very quickly. Sadly the courses organization and staff has over shadowed how nice the course could be. This was our second time playing. (once a year ago, but was so over packed I took over 6 hours to finish) We decided to try again. We booked a tee time in advance and chose after the morning rush. The parking lot was so over filled there was no where to park. (Should have took that as a sign) but after pre paying online we were trying to give it a chance. We noticed 5 min to our tee time while warming up in the range 2 groups were trying to tee off. No Marshall no starter. We got in line to tee off and were waiting for the first fairway to clear (already 6 minutes past our tee time) a mom and 3 young children on one cart with one bag drove around us and teed off from the red.... still dont know why she thought that was ok. This is how the next 3 holes went, except our wait time increased to 15 to 20 minutes each tee box and each fairway hit. Still no marshall, no cart girl to be seen. By hole 5 we had 2 groups waiting behind us and 2 groups in front of us trying to pay the same hole while kids were running on the fairway in-between. We stopped after the 8th hole (3 hours and 18 min in) and went to the clubhouse to atleast try to salvage a rain check for 9 holes for another day... the clubhouse staff was rude and unhelpful. After explaining that it was definitely overbooked and unorganized from the very first tee box they were dismissive and declined a rain check for us to try another less busy day. Sadly this will be our last try at this course. Very disappointing to not even be able to play at our local course. The way that it was handled by the staff was highly disheartening. We have received better customer service at the city ran courses and thats saying alot for this area.

First time playing this golf course. A group of us played 36 holes. The East side in the morning and the West side in the afternoon. The greens rolled true, even with the West side greens being aerated. Fairways were manicure. It was a fair price for both sides and the course was being played hard. Many cars in the parking lot.

It is very apparent that unless you are a volunteer worker or member you get treated like you do not belong there...Went to play 18 with my son and wife... The front 9 which took 3 hours and 15 minutes to play...We had to wait to tee off on every hole and 75 percent of the time had to wait to hit our approach shot...This wasn't due to the players in front of us, we noticed they would have to wait to tee off also. Never saw a Marshall or Beverage cart on the front 9... But they made sure to let you know that you can not bring a personal cooler on the course. After the front 9 we pulled up to the club house, to use the bathroom and grab a couple of hotdogs, it maybe took us 10 minutes. We went to play hole ten and of course there was another wait to tee off one group was teeing off and another group was behind them waiting to tee off... A Marshall came up and was talking to the group in front of us and then proceeded to the group that we're teeing off.. The locals were complaning that the group teeing off cut in front of them, that group explained to the Marshall that they were a foresome and 2 of their players only paid for 9 instead of 18...The Marshall then came to our group and asked if we stopped at the club house I explained to him that I was a diabetic and had to empty my catheter collection bag, which was very embarrassing... He said we would have to wait for a gap in play to fit us back in the rotation...I asked why did they stop players from playing while we used the bathroom...after being embarrassed in front of all those people and the Marshall refusing to allow us to play even though there wasn't a group behind us. He said he could not tell us how Iong we would have to wait to continue to play our round we decided to leave the course. I don't know how many other people have had such an embarrassing and rude encounter with this esrablishments staff but even one encounter like this is two much...
