Great course, and practice facilities. The course is always in great condition. I really enjoyed playing here. There are several really great par 3s on this course my favorite being 17. The clubhouse bar has tasty hamburgers and cold drinks. This golf course is a great value.

The pro shop and Buster are great! The greens, scenery and course are the best in the area. Chipping and putting practice isolated from the driving range for space and prep. Among the best courses in the area! Bar tenders are excellent as well. And if you need gear, the pro shop can custom fit and order whatever you need.

Southern Hills Golf & Country Club in Georgia is a beautiful and well-maintained course. The greens roll true, the fairways are in great shape, and the layout offers a fun mix of challenging and playable holes. Friendly staff and a great overall atmosphere. Definitely worth playing if you’re in the area!

I was in a group of 11 from Indiana and we played 36 holes a day at Southern Hills on March 29 and 31. The greens were absolutely horrible, the worst I have ever played. Most of the guys had played here many times and said the greens had never been anything like this. Many of the greens had almost no grass on them at all and there were lots of dirt areas where it was just smooth black shiny dirt. (Picture attached). I talked to the pro and the owner about the conditions and asked if they could do anything to make it up to us and they just said it had been a bad winter and there was nothing they could do. They admitted they had lost several greens (more like half of them at least). I think they should have offered us free second rounds each day. They said they had over 200 rounds a day on recent weekends. So we paid $80 for Sunday and $60 for Tuesday to play on these. Oddly, we played Wallace-Adams on Monday and the greens there were fantastic. Maybe they had a better winter 40 miles away.

One of the best in middle Georgia. The golf carts were awesome with plenty of tech including touch screen, music, cell phone charging. The course is well maintained and the greens are fast.
