Famous for hosting the PGA TOUR's Southern Open, Green Island rolls across surprising elevation changes above the Chattahoochee. Doglegs framed by pines demand smart club selection and shape off the tee. Tight approaches into Champion Bermuda greens punish shots played to the wrong segments. Water and creeks intrude subtly rather than constantly, rewarding discipline more than heroics. Multiple tee sets keep the course welcoming while retaining stout back-tee credentials.

A classic country club look that feels far from classic! The whole vibe here is 100% welcoming. I visit as a guest of my brother-in-law, but I'm treated as though I'm a founding member!

Awesome facility and staff! My only complaint is that everything on the buffet was spicy. All food doesn't have to be spicy! I don't understand why people think it does. But the Christmas decorations were world class and the staff were very attentive and fun.
