The amenities in this neighborhood are fantastic along with all the family oriented events throughout the year. Resort style pool, tons of pickleball and tennis courts, and a nice golf course with a clubhouse/restaurant. Family friendly and golf cart friendly neighborhood with 2,500+ homes. For it being a 25+ year old community, you can see some areas where upgrades are being made which is nice. Great neighborhood to raise a family in.

Too few golf carts (72), too many parties and other events that took away from our tournament, felt like the bald headed step children. Hubby played a two day tournament here, 120.00 a day, no carts for us to ride along watch with so we walked (that was lively) was told come back later for cart, asked for cart in the turn and was greeted by a lively woman who...never mind. Next day on 8 called the cafe and it was closed (2:59) closes at 3:00. BS. We had it in our contract to have food available until all were in, they remedied that on our second day but only after I had to go Karen on them, yes, I did! Not proud of that! See: They scheduled their men’s league the same day as our tournament, so we received poor service. The parties! All were having a grand time! All but our GOLF tournament ! Lol!!! Weddings took precedence , weddings and baby showers and everything other than Golf Week Not a good experience here: not like The Falls or The Manor or any other of the Courses we have ever played. When I became frustrated the “lovely lady” Informed me of her opinion, “they don’t need us”. Yep, she did. Wow.

This private athletic club is fairly good -- the best part is that you have the option to join, It is NOT part of the Homeowners Association so if you buy a home in BridgeMill you have an option to join this private club (anyone may be a member whether they live in BridgeMill or anywhere ---as long as you have the initial buy in and monthly $$$). (Hopefully real estate agents will clarify the ads they put out that makes it look like BridgeMill HOA is part of the pool,tennis,golf etc but it is VERY separate). The golf course is fairly nice now and greatly improved from years back. There are good pickelball and tennis courts. The pool operates only the summer months, and some of the adult water classes are great. kids /families enjoy the water. Unfortunately the overall maintenance of grounds for the club is lacking. They just tore down the 20+year old playground without any notice so people are wondering what's next, but since swings and old equipment was unsafe and hot maybe the owners will invest some money to make it a place people want to go) Hopefully not more of the loud concerts that really affected the quiet townhome/condos just across the street, as well as the VERY expensive homes down the street.(loud noise and additional traffic concerns were across the huge main areas of BridgeMill. (the park used to close at sunset but the late night traffic, problem parking and sound in the neighborhood was NOT appreciated by so many).

We’ve lived here two years and the playground has been neglected for the entirety of that time. Thankfully, they finally covered these rusty poles on the top level of the playground with boards as of recently. However, these swings were both broken yesterday and the blue swing has been hanging like this for months. The lining under the sand is ripped to shreds and coming up in many places. It looks terrible. I understand that the HOA does not have ownership of the park. I’d love to know how the management company plans to fix and maintain the park. Update 4/8/26 It’s been 5 months since my review and the park continues to degrade. It’s absolutely shameful the condition that Mr. Haslam has allowed the playground to become. This week someone posted a video of the swings where the entire structure was swaying. They chose just now to remove the swings because there was a video of it, despite being fully aware of the playground conditions for a long time. This playground is dangerous and someone will get hurt. Bridgemill amenities are becoming a joke under his leadership.

Great course and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid round of golf in the Canton area. Course conditions were excellent and the layout is a lot of fun. Also love the changes they made to the driving range by adding more targets and bunkers. Really makes the practice experience that much better. You can tell they are putting in the work to keep improving the club. Will definitely be back!
