We had the absolute BEST experience at Wanee Lake Golf & RV! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Our RV site was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and truly enjoy our surroundings. Everything was well-maintained, peaceful, and beautifully kept. A huge shoutout to Leigh and Kay in the clubhouse — they were absolutely phenomenal! Their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made our trip worthwhile. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about making your stay special, and they went above and beyond. My husband and I especially loved the beautiful 9-hole golf course. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and fun, with scenic views that made every round even more enjoyable. And the pond… the views each evening were simply breathtaking. Every night, my hubby and I walked our dog around the spacious campground, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous sunsets. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you so much for the outstanding hospitality — we will definitely be back next year!

We are traveling on the weekend so we know it’s hard to find a good campground for one night but we did: AND ITS A GEM! With a picturesque view, from the lake on the property, to the woods in the background, this place is beautiful. The sunset was amazing as well! The RV sites are new, flat, level, with very modern hookups! And if you’re lucky, you will get to meet Leigh, the face of the Pro Shop!

I was a guest of a relative staying here. My 5 star review is of your employee Kay who is going above and beyond her duties as front office clerk. It was the end of her shift and she still sold me a beverage with a smile.I have seen her clean the pool, refill dog bags, cook, take out trash, handle a brigade of golf carts, picking up trash on golf course, handle unhappy guests with the skill of a seasoned manager, which had me wondering if you have a manger at all as she is the only employee I saw in my 4 night stay. I understand you have a high turnover of staff and owners do not live in state. If this was my RV park I would promote Kay to General Manager. Let her hire someone who offers the friendly and dedicated guest service she does. This is too much work for one person. This is easily 3 to 4 persons worth of work. The golf course needs maintenance and all your palm trees are dying. At the end of the day it is the customer service that determines whether people visit and stay. Thank you, Kay for making my stay so wonderful. I would definitely come back to live if Kay was GM.

Very nice rv park with a pool, 9 hole golf course, tennis court, laundry and a shower. This is my first stay here. I could tell that the new owners are slowly turning this property around, and in a few years it will be awesome. The manager and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, easy to get along with. They are doing their best to get the golf course in great condition. Once the greens are repaired it will be an excellent place to play. As it is when I was here it was still very playable and challenging. I WILL BE BACK!!

The wife and I along with our to pugs are traveling in our motor home and decided to make a reservation for one night. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and informative upon check in. The Next morning and I decided to get up and play 9 holes on their par 36 9 hole course before checking out, it is a really enjoyable course to play, the greens are a little rough but they are in the process of fixing those problems, 3 or 4 of the greens are in really good shape. I definitely recommend this for a stay.
