Betmar Acres Golf Club is a private, member-owned club in a quiet North Fort Myers community, offering an 18-hole course with a straightforward and enjoyable layout featuring open fairways, mature trees, selective water hazards, and medium-sized greens. Originally developed in the 1960s-1970s as a semi-private/executive-style course (now fully private), it plays shorter at around 5,500–6,200 yards as a par 70-72, ideal for casual daily play and social rounds. The club prioritizes accessibility, solid maintenance for the region, and a no-frills, friendly atmosphere. Basic practice facilities and a simple clubhouse support member enjoyment without excess. It appeals to locals seeking an affordable, low-key private golf option away from higher-end coastal developments.

This is a excellent, member owned 55-plus mobile home community. Many activities available. It has 27-hole golf course, two swimming pools, tennis courts and miniature golf. A great place to live.

If your thinking about moving to a mobile home park in the Zephyrhills area, Betmar Acres is the place. You can buy your home and land together, which is great instead of paying a lot rent. There are alot of parks in the area, but Betmar is your best bet.

Family members have owned several homes since the mid/late 70's. Have always loved it here! In fact, I am almost old enough to buy in here and about to buy my grandparents home that was purchased in the 70's. Will be 3rd generation owners here!
