construction groups took over the property, the grass is dead brown looking like a wasteland. Upon calling and asking if their golf courses are still open because it used to be so beautiful and green with people golfing, they ignored my question completely about these construction company here everyday for the last several months. It looks hideous and I agree with the other woman here my apartment oversees this location thst was once pretty view is now ugly horribly maintained and VERY noisy, with rude dismissive phone receptionists.

Bear lakes country club has completely failed to maintain their property. Their overgrown trees are breaking through my fence, and despite calling and leaving several messages, no one has responded. Because of their neglect, the area is now attracting snakes and pests onto my property, which is both unsafe and unacceptable. This shows a total lack of care for neighboring homeowners. If you’re considering supporting this course, be aware that management ignores serious issues and refuses to take responsibility
