I feel so bad for the members that have to play on those conditions on a daily basis. The greens are painfully slow and grainy. Fairways are so wet you get a mud ball with every shot. Right across the street Pelican Point is in perfect condition. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for horrible playing conditions... UPDATE - I don't know how it's possible but the greens are actually getting worse. It's now on par with Venice East and Lake Venice. Horrible.

So I’m torn, the course was in fair condition. Some of the greens need to bounce back, but thats about it. Members here are kinda stuffy, staff is ok. Cart paths are trash, original for sure. Biggest issue is the cost of renovations makes them stack the course. You could have 3 to 4 groups on one hole, and if any of them are in red beware. Also the members or at least the ones following my group don’t understand “no cart” signs. They drive right up to the green... classy. Don’t think I will play here again. (Edited) So thinking a bit more, the staff was good... some of them. The starter and the check-in at the pro shop smiled, joked, seemed friendly. Cart girl, I did not really speak to her. I guess the end was the let down. Still not impressed with the members attitude. Sure there are probably more nice people then not nice, but representation of a group is a thing.

Course in great condition even during this drought. Everyone that works there are great, very friendly and helpful. 1st time playing here, will definitely be back!

Played there today and their staff, top to bottom, was awesome. Course in great shape even with dry conditions. Highly recommend.

While the bunkers could use some real sand or be more consistent throughout, the course is well laid out and well maintained.
