Was great! The course was in good shape besides a few dry spots. Would definitely go back.

Excellent service from ALL of the staff, especially the starter. I’m an out of towner and chose a course close to the area and was not disappointed. As others have said, it is a very “tight” course. Not a lot of space outside of the fairways, there are several holes that have lines of houses that are literally 10 yards away from the fairway. Fairly short in my opinion, so I think that kind of counteracts how close the out of bounds lines and houses are. Overall, was a great course and had a blast playing it yesterday. Starter (thick Massachusetts accent) deserves a gold star- he was amazing and made the time before you tee off very enjoyable.

My favorite golf course in Venice / Sarasota area. I used to golf here every week even I was in my 20's. Now I try to golf here every time I visit. A very underrated course, but that keeps the crowds away I guess.

This place is way overpriced. The $95 tee times would suggest close to country club level of conditions. Fairways were bare and had open mud patches everywhere, greens were NOT kept at all, and the cups literally had grass growing around the edges to the extent that they made the hole smaller. We were consistently having to move our balls out of these areas even when in the fairways. On top of that, it took us over 2 hours to finish 6 holes. We left at that point because we were looking at a 5 1/2 hour round of golf in terrible conditions. The ranger was watching on a hole (and did nothing) that had 4 groups - 1 on the green, 2 in different parts of the fairway, and we were on the tee waiting to hit..... and this was a par 4. The only way this course is even worth paying $50 is if they are charging by the hour. If you are looking for a good place to play or are local, I would look elsewhere.

Great course nice little practice range balls are in good condition. Highly recommend it...
