Phenomenonal food and service. Worth every penny. Service was friendly and they went the extra mile. Scotty did a fantastic job with our group of 6. We called ahead for Dinner Reservations since it was during dinner time. The place was packed. We were seated in the room with the bar but next to one of 3 fireplaces the establishment boasted of. Being in this section of the restaurant next to the bar was a bit loud for several members of our party. Throughout our meal, we were visited by one of the owners of the restaurant and by the manager Joseph, who reassured us that they were here to ensure that we had a great time. And we truly did enjoy ourselves and the delicious food served to us. Being right off the golf course, there were several dozens times that someone would come in from the outside and let in a big gust of cold wind that would remind everyone that it was below 50 degrees outside. Otherwise everything was top notch and was delightful to devour. We had some bread and butter to start along with an Arnold Palmer drink. Then we shared a bowl of lobster bisque. We asked for the Harvest Salmon salad, but hold the Salmon, since I wanted it as a main course. The salad was large and most satisfying. For my main course, I had the Maple Bourbon Salmon with Sweet Potato Casserole and carrots. The salmon was cooked properly and the sauce was perfect. The sweet potato casserole was in the shape of a sweet potato and was the best I have ever had. Absolutely superb. If anyone comes to this restaurant, I highly recommend eating the sweet potato casserole! Thank you Arnold Palmer restaurant, we will be back with more family very soon!

Excellent service and ambiance. My medium rare New York strip steak was clearly undercooked. I just asked for the steak to be heated up. They prepared a whole new dinner. I was surprised. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked to medium. OK, but not preferred. My wife's salmon was cooked to perfection, but her sweet potatoes were sweetened to taste like candy. Too sweet! Her side salad had just a couple chopped onion pieces and two small cucumber pieces. Amazing. Glass of wine was of a very small quantity. Her sweet tea was not very sweet, but tolerable. Again, we loved the ambiance and service, but the meals were what let us down. They gave us a $10 'next visit' coupon, which was nice, but, unfortunately, did not lift our spirits for the $120 visit.

Restaurant staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our seating was not very comfortable: cold air blowing directly on us and the both table stand took up most of the leg room. The drinks were good. The food was nothing special and extremely salty. Mashed potatoes were very runny. Pricing is in the high side.

Went to eat at Palmers with a group of 8 and it was really good. I had the ribeye, it was done to perfection. My wife had the filet and she loved it. I also had a couple of old fashioned and they were delicious. I believe our waiter was Jack and he was very good. However, everything started with us being welcomed by the very cordial and friendly young lady that greeted us, Ari. She is the type of person you want as the face of your company and greeting your guests. A remarkable young woman, with a great sense of humor.

Great food but bad service. Ordered our drinks , appetizers, salad and meal in the beginning. Got our appetizer and salad ate them and after half a hour found the waitress and asked if we were going to get our drinks. We could tell she forgot to pick them up so when we finally got them our martini was warm. Not sure if we will go back.
