Have not played Colony West in a long time do to the course not being maintained well. Stick to the Champ course which also is hit or miss from patchy fairways to uneven tee boxes. Decided to play Glades today KNOWING it’s not maintained for simple oncourse practice. DO NOT PLAY GLADES!! It is not worth even a penny to even practice. You can’t work on any technique because it’s nothing but dirt, crab grass, and 97 different textures from the tee boxes which are mounds of uneven dirt to the greens that’s you can’t putt on unless you put the ball 3 feet from the hole for relief. RENOVATE the course or DEMOLISH IT!!

Fairways are terrible here. There are lots of bare spots everywhere. The tee boxes are the worst ive ever seen them, and the bunkers have nice sand, but not enough as the plastic lining is showing on numerous holes. The greens are full of some sort of weeds, and sloooowww! Just played this course again today and it has drastically gone down hill fast. The management should be embarrassed at the conditions and ashamed for charging the prices they are for a round. I see this place going under quickly if they don't do something immediately to address these major issues. It was at one time a great course with a reasonable price. No longer.

Our group enjoyed a quilt retreat. Breakfast and lunch served was 👍. Very clean and bright. Servers were attentive and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The only difficulty was that we were limited as to the number of irons that we could use due to inadequate electric. Otherwise we will come and use your facilities again. Thank you!

A very nice place to hang out, have a drink or a meal whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Beth, who was very informative as to what takes place there on different days such as Karaoke 🎤 every 1st Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm and Happy hour EVERYDAY from 3pm to 9pm. The food was grrrrreat

11/22/2022: We played the Champions course after a few days of rain. The course is kind of wet but it's well-kept with only 4 cart-path holes. The course is in very good shape with a new clubhouse, new tee boxes, and white sand bunkers. The green conditions are very good except that it's kind of slow for me. The layouts are interesting with many strategic doglegs. The pace of playing is SLOW. Anyway, this is a very good course to play after its recent renovations. Circa 2020: I haven't played this track for about a decade. The course turns out better than I expected. The greens are slower but the layouts are good. For $20ish afternoon price, I would play it any day
