A great place to live for 55+ in Martin County. Unlimited free golf and very active with many events and activities. Recently under new management who is doing a great job maintaining the grounds. Well built solid concrete block construction. Also one of the best values for a vacation home. 5min drive to downtown restaurants and riverwalk, 15min drive to the best beaches on Hutchinson Island. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen right on the river. This place is Stuart's best kept secret.

Best place to live ! Free golf all day ,great Olympic pool with jacuzzi ,nice clean gym ,and they cut the grass every day . Bingo amd shuffle board too

Love it here.. people, property, price are amazing. Stuart has such character and charm. We'll be back year after year. We no longer dread winter! PS. We move here and are now year round. I've started playing golf and this course is nicely maintained and the fees are already in our HOA dues!

Wonderful friendly atmosphere! Condos located on a beautiful 9 hole golf course. It is a very active over 55 ,no pet ,vacation style community. Walking distance to restaurants. Anything you want within 5 miles, beautiful beaches, ocean, shopping,(lots of shopping), doctors , hospital, museums,movie theaters, downtown area has live music , live local theater, state of the art library system , community events year round.
